New Signups:Click the 'Apply Here' button above. For those that are new, click the “Sign Up” option and once again follow the instructions to fill out your application from there.
Please note: Your application does not guarantee you a spot at WNY Equifest 2026. Your application will be reviewed and if approved, you will then be sent a contract.
Prices will increase $50 November 1, 2025.

BOOTH SPACE with table and 8’ back drape

*tables do NOT have backdrop areas for displays
SET UP: Friday 9am-7pm
SHOW OPENS: Saturday 9am doors will open at 7:30am for Vendors. Vendors not set up by 9am Saturday will forfeit their spaces.
TEAR DOWN: Sunday 4pm-6pm Display MUST remain assembled until Sunday at 4pm. Early departure may impact your participation the following year.
Application Process:
· Applications are open May 1, 2025 - February 2, 2026. Prices increase $50 on November 1, 2025.
· Those who apply before September will not hear about their approval status until mid September.
· Once you have been approved you will have to sign your contract and provide a Certificate of Insurance.
· Assignments are based on availability. Once assigned, cannot be changed.
· Event Staff reserves the right to make changes to the layout without notice.
· Electricity is available to all spaces; you must bring a long extension cord.
· The Erie County Agricultural Society assumes no liability for any damage or loss you may incur at the Fairgrounds facility.
