The Fairgrounds in Hamburg, NY is a multi-use campus, hosting events all year long. We are home to the Erie County Fair, Fairgrounds Festival of Lights, Agriculture Discovery Center, Showplex, Buffalo Raceway and Hamburg Gaming.
For 12 days in August, the Fairgrounds is home to the Erie County Fair, for the other 353, it's WNY's (Hamburg) largest and most flexible event facility. Spreading to 265 acres, it is situated just south of Buffalo, between Lake Erie and the PA State line. It is only 4 miles from Exit 56 off the NYS Thruway (I-90), and 11 miles from downtown and the Canadian border.
Choose from several buildings including the Fairgrounds Event Center (the largest), or various midsize buildings. Each featuring its own unique specifications, and is adaptable for a variety of uses.
The Fairground's expansive open areas have hosted outdoor shows, youth encampments, company picnics, and family reunions. Combined with outdoor electrical power, the lawns are perfect for concerts, festivals and RV groups.
