Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2024 Fairgrounds Festival of Lights in Hamburg, NY. Please note that filling out the form below does not guarantee you a spot at the Festival.
- Opportunity to rent a chalet located outdoors. They are 6 feet deep and 10 feet wide, and provided with an electric heater and interior lights
- Vendor must participate in all 17 full experience days - no exceptions. *There are special event nights that vendors will have the option to be open*
- 2024 Dates: November 29, 30 and December 1, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23
- Full Experience hours are 5pm-10pm. Vendors may enter the grounds at 4pm to set up for the night
- Price is $300 for all 17 nights
- Vendor will need to provide liability insurance (which can obtain through Walsh Duffield Companies Inc. once accepted to the event)
- Vendors are welcome to decorate chalets
