The Erie County Agricultural Society is excited to announce it will host a ticketed event at the Hamburg Fairgrounds on April 8, 2024, for visitors to view the total solar eclipse. The event, “Total-ity Fun at the Fairgrounds” is considered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for many visitors as we are in the direct path of totality! Guests are invited to experience this rare sight from the Fairgrounds, which will offer paved parking, certified viewing glasses, access to portable restrooms, live music by Hit N Run, kids craft, food and beverage vendors.
Hamburg and surrounding areas are expected to receive an influx of visitors for this historic event! Plan to spend your day at Total-ity Fun, eclipse viewing party at the Fairgrounds. This event is completely outdoors, rain or shine.

Hit N Run Band
Buffalo's premiere party band, Hit N Run, will be performing from 1:30-5pm! Intermission will take place during totality.

Prohibited Items

Any outside food, drink and alcoholic beverages, coolers, all firearms and weapons, knives, drones, quad-copters, hoverboards, signs, placards, roller blades, skateboards and pets.

Safety Tips

Looking directly at the sun is unsafe except during the brief total phase of the solar eclipse, when the moon entirely blocks the sun.

The only safe way to look directly at the uneclipsed or partially eclipsed sun is through special-purpose solar filters, such as “eclipse glasses” or hand-held solar viewers.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds. Event is rain or shine. The ticket holder agrees that all passengers of the vehicle will comply with all policies and protocols including health, safety and security at the time of the event.
