Turn your favorite holiday treats into a winter wonderland! Join Kristen from Meet & Eat Charcuterie (Buffalo, NY) for a festive, hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own Snow Globe Charcuterie—a delicious and showstopping holiday centerpiece.

Kristen will walk you through each step, from crafting sugared fruit and a salami evergreen tree to arranging premium meats, cheeses from Eden Valley Creamery, and other seasonal touches.

Along the way, she’ll share tips on presentation, pairing ideas, and helpful tools, plus a sneak peek at the 2026 Charcuterie Competition at the Erie County Fair.

Kristen Cronyn of Meet & Eat Charcuterie

Meet & Eat Charcuterie was founded in November 2020 by Kristen Cronyn, a former bank executive and mom of two. Starting in the midst of the pandemic, the idea behind Meet & Eat was to virtually bring people together and teach them how to elevate their entertainment game through beautifully designed charcuterie boards.

One of Kristen’s most iconic creations was born from an unexpected source—a dream. After envisioning herself carving the Buffalo skyline out of cheese, she woke up inspired and decided to bring the idea to life. The result was a stunning, edible tribute to her hometown that quickly became a local favorite. This moment exemplifies Kristen’s unique ability to blend creativity, craftsmanship, and a deep love for her community into everything she creates through Meet & Eat Charcuterie.

Five years later, Kristen has grown Meet & Eat into a thriving staple of the Buffalo, New York community, with a brick and mortar that includes a wine bar, made-to order charcuterie boards, a market and an academy for classes. In the heart of Larkinville, Meet & Eat has served thousands of charcuterie boards, raised money for local charities, catered hundreds of weddings/special events, and taught over 5,000 people the art of styling a board through virtual, private and public classes.
